2. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or submitting an enquiry, you confirm that you have read and agree to be bound by this Agreement. Enrolment in any programme constitutes acceptance of these terms. You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws of Singapore.

3. Service Description

Brymont provides general adult education programmes focused on personal money habits, delivered in Singapore. Programmes are designed for adults aged 40 and over. All content is educational in nature; no programme constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or any regulated financial service. Brymont does not hold a Capital Markets Services licence or a Financial Adviser's licence under Singapore law, and does not hold itself out as doing so.

4. Enrolment and Scheduling

Workshop Enrolment

Places on The Money Habits Atlas are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Session dates and the Cecil Street venue address are communicated by email prior to commencement. Brymont reserves the right to reschedule sessions with a minimum of seven days' notice.

Journal Programme

Enrolment in The Money Journal programme is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. The printed journal is dispatched to the Singapore address provided within five to seven working days. Group call schedules are communicated by email upon enrolment.

Reader Orders

Small Habits, Long Reading is dispatched within five to seven working days of payment. Delivery is to Singapore addresses only.

5. Payment

All prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes where required by Singapore law. Payment is due in full prior to the dispatch of materials or confirmation of a workshop place. Accepted payment methods are communicated at the point of enquiry. We do not store card or banking details.

6. Refund Policy

Workshops

Cancellation with fourteen or more days' notice before the first session: full refund. Cancellation with fewer than fourteen days' notice: no refund. Transfer of a workshop place to another person is permitted with prior written notice.

Journal Programme

Cancellation before the journal has been dispatched: full refund. Cancellation after dispatch: no refund. Cancellation of group call access does not affect delivery of the printed journal.

Reader

Orders for Small Habits, Long Reading are non-refundable once dispatched.

In the case of a defective or incorrect item being dispatched, we will replace it at no charge.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, printed materials, habit maps, journals, and reading lists are the intellectual property of Brymont or are used with appropriate attribution. Participants are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use printed materials for their own private reflection. No content may be reproduced, resold, or shared publicly without written permission.

9. Disclaimers

All programme content is provided for general educational purposes only. Brymont makes no representation that participation in any programme will affect any participant's financial position, habits, or outcomes. Content is general in nature and is not personalised to any individual's circumstances. Participants are encouraged to consult a licensed financial adviser for personal financial decisions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, Brymont's total liability to any participant shall not exceed the amount paid for the programme in question. Brymont shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses of any kind arising from participation in or reliance on any programme content.

11. Termination

Brymont reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to a programme for any participant who breaches these terms. In such cases, no refund will be issued for sessions already attended or materials already dispatched.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these terms or from participation in a Brymont programme shall first be referred to informal resolution by writing to [email protected]. If not resolved within twenty working days, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore, and these terms shall be governed by the laws of Singapore.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
